Many people are very interested in having an idea of where mortgage interest rates home address in 2009. Even with the stimulus plan housing full effect, the economy, and especially the housing market, are struggling. At this time, interest rates have risen around 0.5% makes only a weeks, as I predicted they would in January.
This is the exact quote of mine "In everything we predict that home mortgage rates in 2009 is a temporary increase of 0.5%, followed by steep declines throughout 2009. For the remainder of 2009, I predict that the current interest rates at home will remain the same over the next three or four months. After that, I think that rates will start to drop by 0.25% or so, followed by a fall of 0.25%, or later this year or early next year.
Always remember that only owners with better credit score will be eligible for the lowest of all interest rates, but even owners home with bad credit should be able to reach a reasonable agreement on your home modification loan or refinancing. Owners also should be aware that although rates have recently increased somewhat, the current rates are really low, however one and the refinancing or modification of a mortgage can still be very beneficial for a homeowner in financial position of the right.
