Buying A Foreclosure-seller wants to finish?
We are in the process of buying a foreclosed home in Kannapolis, North Carolina. It All we are waiting for is in the final approval of Countrywide mortgages. We were supposed to close on 07/07/2008. But like all new standards rules and left the subscription is taken over time according to Countrywide. On Friday 7 / 11 sellers real estate agent called and told me that if we do not approval by 4 pm that day the seller is going to cancel our contract. We signed a document saying that says we have to pay a certain amount of money "per diem for a maximum of 10 days does not count for anything? why the seller (bank) wants to start the whole process again when they almost done?
Keep in mind that at national level as the last time I knew no longer exists. A large, national bank bought them 1-2 weeks. If you do not have a buyer agent involved in this agreement, rent-a now, but brokers pay the buyer's commission at closing.
